So there you are: fresh out of the shower and standing in front of the mirror. That little voice creeps into your head and says something to the tune of, “Look at the cellulite on your thighs – and the fat rolls on your stomach – you are never wearing a two-piece bathing suit ever again. Ever.” Hmmm…sound familiar?
You don’t really want to talk to yourself that way, you just do. And that voice inside your head, as soft as it may be, plays a powerful role in how you show up in this world. You don’t know how to shift it, but you do know one thing: you’re ready to try. Welcome to The BodyLove Program. It’s time to change the way you see yourself.
The BodyLove Program is a six-week transformational journey that takes you from self-doubt to self-acceptance. You’ll learn scientific information about how you view food and your appetite, and the physical effects those thoughts have on your body. By the end of the program, you will be able to decipher what you are feeling, and what you need in response (turns out sometimes that has nothing to do with food at all).
Throughout the six weeks, you will gain:
- Many tools and practices to help you integrate what you learn into your daily life, with mind-body-spirit attunement.
- An understanding of how to deal with stress, work through difficult thoughts, and practice self-compassion.
- Equal parts education + yoga + coaching support to learn how to connect with your body, and respond to it accordingly.
- Inspiration, guidance, and coaching (with a bit of spiritual infusion along the way)!
The BodyLove Program is for you if:
- You obsess over what you (or your kiddos) are eating – never feeling fully satisfied after a meal.
- You are consistently thinking negative things about yourself and your body, wishing you looked differently.
- You feel guilty, ashamed, and mad at yourself after you eat something that you think is “bad” for you.
- You blame yourself for “failing” at diets you’ve tried in the past (well actually, you blame and judge yourself for a lot of things).
- You find yourself feeling jealous of others who you think look better that you, and are constantly comparing yourself to them.

The BodyLove Program is not a nutritional program, system, or weight loss program. We will not talk about what to eat, not eat, or discuss “clean” or “whole” foods. I won’t be offering exercising tips or giving advice on how to drop two sizes before summer. You won’t find that here. BodyLove is about personal growth and evolution. I can’t promise you that it will be easy, but I can promise you that it will be worth it.
After taking the BodyLove Program you can expect to:

The Six-Week Lesson Summary:
WEEK 1: Shift Happens! A New Nutritional Paradigm
This session is an introduction to a new way to view the relationship between food and your body. You’ll learn new vocabulary and concepts that will be expanded upon throughout the program. Inspiration and excitement abound as you embark upon your journey of healing, growth, and authentic evolution!
WEEK 2: Relaxed Eating
Here you will learn essential information about the ways that stress (and stress eating) affect our body’s metabolism. You’ll be given the tools you need to shift out of the stress state and into a relaxed state…an absolute must if you want to feel your best!
WEEK 3: Pleasure, Awareness, & Appetite
The purpose of this session is to help you shift from an adversarial relationship with food into one of pleasure and enjoyment. It’s impossible to eat intuitively if you’re worried about what you’re eating, rather than allowing yourself to enjoy it. We’ll cover the basic science behind how appetite works, as well as what’s required for the healthy regulation of it.
WEEK 4: Thoughts & Digestion
Become aware of the correlation between your negative self-talk and your body’s physiological responses. To truly attain health and wholeness, we have to work hard at changing the patterns and cycles of our thoughts and beliefs. This session will teach you how to practice self-compassion, and the critical role that plays on your healing journey.
WEEK 5: Trust Your Gut
Did you know you have a “second brain” in your body that is as powerful as the one in your head? It just communicates differently. It communicates via sensation and feeling. If we want to access the power of our second brain, we need to learn to strengthen it, listen to it, and trust it. This session emphasizes the “intuitive” part of intuitive eating (an integral part of Body Love)!
WEEK 6: Make Peace with Your Body
We’ll integrate everything we’ve learned so far with some new tools and tips to help you make peace with your body and your whole self. By healing the way we see ourselves, we become inspired to create unity between our mind and body, as well as within our greater communities. Embrace the way you were meant to show up in the world!
How exactly does this format work?
Once you sign up and pay for the program, you will be prompted to set up your online BodyLove account. This online account is where you’ll receive the coursework and materials every week, over a 6-week period.
Lifetime access: You’ll have access to week one of your course materials (pre-recorded lecture, corresponding journal work, and yoga video) as soon as you sign up. The following sessions will be released each week until the program is completed. You can watch & work at your own pace, on your own time. Plus, you’ll have ongoing access to the information, long after the program ends.
Interactive Private Facebook Group: You will also receive access to our BodyLove Alumni private Facebook group available to those who are taking or have taken BodyLove. This is an interactive community of people who are committed to living and practicing BodyLove where questions are welcome. I will be available through this group to answer or address more specific questions or comments pertaining to the integration of the materials. This is truly an amazing community!
